At Della Palma they claim to have 150 flavors of ice cream; and they do!! The place is large, not like
many other ice cream shops in Rome; selling other sweets, like yum looking semmifreddos or the huge assortment of gum candies you may see in one of the photos. Had a “tre gusti (three flavors) coppetta”, with Mozart(marzapane); crema cardinale(torroncino/pistacchio), fragoline; aka marzipan, nougat/pistachios mixture and wild strawberries. yes, good!! They say this way in Rome, you know: “Buono!!”, in a rather short and intense way, about an espresso, good food or almost everything you can think of
The other one was at Ciampino, via di Campo Marzio, as stylish and high quality as the place is. Crema, pistacchio, raspberry/nutella full of obvious small pieces of the real fruits but only a small touch of nutella, to whip the tangy flavoured raspberries.
Roman fountains are frequent, with highly reliable fresh water; well maybe richer in Calcium than your water. Personally, I like to drink at San Pietro, in that large space where every nations seem to meet, walking amazed. This little fellow instead is in front of the Pantheon and right after having its photo taken soothed a big lab, helped by its human. There are ways for everyone here.
